If there is product damage, quality problem or delivery error, we will replace it 100%. Our quality team can handle complaints based on specific circumstances and decide to take action on their own.
If we deliver the wrong item, you have the right to refuse delivery and give a full refund for the lost item. If we can only partially deliver (some items may not be available), our staff will notify you or provide replacement services for the missing items. You have the right to reject some orders before delivery. And get a refund. We are responsible for shipping/partial delivery.

Order Cancellation after shipment/delivery:
Sorry, we cannot cancel the order after delivery or once the order is shipped, unless there is a quality problem or the promised delivery time is not met.

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
If the original packaging is damaged or the product is used.
Product is returned without original packaging including price tags, labels, and barcodes even if the request is initiated after 10 minutes of placing the order
Can I return part of my order?
Yes, it can be returned at the merchandise level. If you have ordered multiple items, you can apply for a return/exchange/refund for each item separately. However, all returned items must be returned in full, including all components and any gifts or related items.
How will your refund amount get credited?
For payments through credit card, debit card, or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made, within 5 business days of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Policy about Returns, Replacements, Damaged, and Refunds
How can you return an item purchased from MEATS TODAY?
Meat Today provides our customers with a convenient return policy, allowing you to apply for a return/exchange within 10 minutes of placing an order. You can return any part or all of the products in the order, we also accept partial returns
Step 1: E-mail us at Support@meatstoday.com or call us at +91 7299 282930 within 10 minutes of receiving the order.
Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. Kindly attach the image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
Step 3: Our delivery team will pick up the products within 1-2 hours of the same day. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us with original packaging like labels and barcodes intact.
Note: Replacement is subject to the availability of stock. In case a replacement is not available, we will refund you the full amount.
When will you get your refund?
For pre-delivery cancellations, we will process the refund within 5 working days after receiving the cancellation request.
If the order is cancelled after it is shipped or returned, we will process the return after receiving the product and verifying it in our store.
In case of discount vouchers or loyalty points are used during placing an order
The discount coupon is a one-time, even if you cancel the order, it will be considered used.
If you used loyalty points on your order, the points will be credited to your account when cancelling your order.
