Cut the chicken breast into finger-shaped thin slices. Take a bowl, add the sliced chicken pieces, pepper, salt, garlic powder, chilli powder and mix them well. Marinate the mixture for a minimum of 30 minutes.
Add some salt and chilli powder or chilli flakes to the crushed corn flakes/bread crumbs. Now, coat the chicken pieces on the all-purpose flour first, then dip them into the whisked eggs and finally roll then over the bread crumbs or crushed cornflakes.
Deep fry the chicken in a medium flame until it turns golden brown. Dip it with either tomato ketchup or mayonnaise to enhance the taste!
Preheat a pan with 3 tablespoons of oil. Add the finely chopped onions and saute it until it turns transparent. Now, add the ginger-garlic paste and stir-fry it until the raw smell is gone.
Shred and add the chicken. Fry until the chicken is 70% cooked. It’s time to put on the spices now. Add the pepper, cumin powder, coriander powder, close the lid and cook.
Once the chicken is completely cooked, turn off the gas. Add the cream cheese and finely chopped coriander leaves.
Stir it thoroughly and let it cool for some time.
You can either have it as a cold sandwich by stuffing the mixture between the bread slices or apply butter to both the sides of the bread slices, spread the mixture evenly and roast it in a pan at low flame.
Add the boneless chicken cubes, salt, pepper and chilli powder into a bowl and mix them well. Marinate the chicken for an hour. Mix the bread crumbs with salt and pepper.
For coating, put the chicken pieces onto the all-purpose flour, dip them on the whisked eggs and roll them over the bread crumbs. Pan fry them for 8 minutes on medium flame. You can have it with mayonnaise or tomato ketchup.
For toppings, mix the onion powder, garlic powder, paprika powder, oregano, chilli flakes and salt into a bowl. Glaze them over the fried chicken popcorn to have a flavourful taste!
Remove the edges of the bread slices and cut them into small pieces. Coarse-grind the boneless chicken cubes, bread pieces, salt, pepper, ginger-garlic paste, soya sauce and paprika powder together.
Do not grind them into a paste. Take out the mixture and add two tablespoons of oil to it. Knead it well until it becomes a dough.
Now, spread the dough evenly and cut it into small squared pieces. Coat bread crumbs over these pieces and deep fry them until it turns golden brown. “Enjoy it with your favourite dip!”
Knead the all-purpose flour with some water, salt and oil. Set aside the dough and cover it with a lid or a wet cloth. Add some salt to the chicken and boil it.
Later, shred the chicken into small pieces. For preparing the stuffing, heat a pan with 3 tablespoons of oil and add the finely chopped onions. Stir-fry the onions until it turns golden brown. If you want to add some vegetables, grate them before adding and fry them for a while.
Then, add the shredded chicken, lemon juice, soya sauce, pepper, salt and saute them until the ingredients get mixed up thoroughly.
Now, spread the dough into a small circle and fill the stuffing in the middle. Place a piece of mozzarella cheese and close the dough. Grease a plate with oil and arrange the dumplings on it.
Boil water in a pot and put the plate inside it and steam it for 20 minutes. Your cheesy chicken momo is all ready to eat now! It tastes delicious with spicy tomato ketchup!
